Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding merchandising standards. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to adapt to changing directions

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience with engaging interactions and a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Support safety and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
