Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help drive sales, maintain merchandise presentation, and assist with inventory and store upkeep.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work mornings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed. A friendly, proactive approach is essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or similar role experience with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet store sales and operational goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
