Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer experience with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Uphold labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
