Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a positive shopping experience for customers by greeting and assisting in a courteous manner.
• Maintains safe and secure sales floor, reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Assists customers with merchandise and questions, and completes transactions at the register.
• Maintains cleanliness and visual standards through merchandise presentation and store upkeep.
• Supports loss prevention awareness and follows store policies for cash handling and safety.
