Enterprise Mobility Customer Experience Representative (CXR) Job Description

Position: Full-Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR)

Location: The Portland Jetport Airport, 1001 Westbrook St., Portland, ME 04102

Compensation: Starting at $19/hour

Schedules Available:
  • Wednesday - Sunday: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers professionally and promptly
  2. Provide excellent customer service, explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
  3. Use approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and fuel options
  4. Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information
  5. Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone and in person
  6. Follow up with callbacks and manage miscellaneous calls
  7. Assess vehicle condition upon return
  8. Report customer issues and vehicle problems to management
  9. Engage in ongoing training and development
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid US driver's license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
