Customer Experience Representative - Portland Jetport Airport

Join us at Enterprise Mobility as a Customer Experience Representative at Portland Jetport Airport. Position Overview: This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service, facilitating efficient rental transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The starting pay is $19/hour, located at The Portland Jetport, 1001 Westbrook St., Portland, ME 04102.

Available Schedules:

  • Wednesday-Sunday: 6:30am-3:30pm
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday-Sunday: 10:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers professionally and promptly
  • Explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
  • Upselling protection products, upgrades, and fuel options
  • Providing local area information and directions
  • Handling reservations, inquiries, and customer calls
  • Assessing rental vehicle condition upon return
  • Reporting vehicle or customer issues to management
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age 18
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Less than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No recent drug or alcohol-related convictions
  • At least 6 months customer service experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
