National Car Rental at Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental process. You will verify driver information, communicate terms, and help with vehicle options while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.

The role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 with potential bonuses up to $900 per month, and a schedule rotating Wednesday through Saturday 4pm–1am or

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to customers as needed.
• Answer inquiries and quotes for reservations, rates, and general questions.
• Handle callback management and other assigned calls.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue training opportunities and participate in company-sponsored programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This pay for this position starts at $16.00 per hour plus up to $900 per month in bonuses!

This position is located at Will Rogers Airport at 5201 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73119.

Available Schedule

Wednesday through Saturday 4pm to 1am

Sunday through Thursday 4pm to 1am

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
