Goettl is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Las Vegas to guide customers from inquiry to booking. The role uses AI-assisted tools and an automated dialer, delivering a memorable customer experience on every call.

Expect a fast-paced, full-time schedule with weekend and evening hours. You will handle inbound questions, book appointments, and promote the Sadie Preventative Maintenance Program while documenting each interaction in our system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, comfortable with AI tools.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Sales-minded with the ability to ask for the booking.
• Clear, professional communication under pressure.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM and multi-application navigation.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is expected.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls — book appointments and deliver a great experience.
• Work outbound campaigns using an automated dialer to reach customers.
• Sell Goettl's maintenance program and cross-sell services.
• Set up accounts, enter notes, and document interactions in the system.
• Stay current on promotions, pricing, and service offerings.

Customer Experience Representative | $20/hr + Incentives | Full-Time
Contact Center

IMPORTANT: This is a full-time position that includes weekend days and evening hours. All schedules include at least one weekend day.

You don't have to chase leads, dial by hand, or figure it out alone. We've built the system — we need the people to run it.

$20.00 per hour to start. Multiple incentive programs available with the opportunity for income growth within your first 90 days based on performance.

Our team is supported by AI — inbound calls are routed automatically and outbound campaigns run through an automated dialer. That means you walk in every shift with a full queue, the right tools, and a clear playbook. Your job is to connect with customers, book the work, and deliver the kind of experience people remember. Everything else is handled.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls — book appointments, answer questions, deliver a great experience every time

• Set up accounts, enter detailed notes, and keep every interaction documented in the system


• Stay current on all active promotions, pricing, and service offerings across all markets


• Be the voice of Goettl — professional, knowledgeable, and focused on solving the customer's problem

What We Need:

• 1+ year of customer service experience- comfortable with AI


• Call center experience preferred


• Sales-oriented mindset — you're comfortable asking for the booking


• Strong communicator — clear, professional, and calm under pressure


• Computer proficient — you can navigate multiple applications simultaneously


• Typing speed of 30+ WPM


• Reliable and punctual — attendance matters here


• Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
