Job summary

Amplify Marketing Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to meet with potential customers and expand our outreach. The role focuses on delivering thorough information about products and services to foster ongoing business relationships and promote brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Marketing, or similar customer-facing role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact; meet with customers in assigned territories.
• Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.
• Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings.
