Krause Family Ford of Woodstock is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist/Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact and set a positive tone for every customer interaction.

You will greet visitors, route them to the right department, schedule appointments, and support the sales and service teams with clear communication, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at all times.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
