Job summary

Krause Family Ford of Woodstock is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This front-line role delivers a welcoming dealership experience and supports customers from first contact through scheduling and follow-up.

You will be the first point of contact, greet customers, coordinate appointments, and assist sales and service staff with communication and coordination while maintaining a positive, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
