Krause Family Ford of Woodstock is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact and set a positive tone for every dealership interaction. You will greet customers, answer calls, direct them to the right department, and assist with scheduling and admin tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
