As the first point of contact, you will greet guests, direct them to the appropriate department, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support to the sales and service teams.

• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
