Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

At Tractor Supply, you will help neighbors and teams by fulfilling essential duties, including stocking, merchandising, cash handling, and safety responsibilities for birds and poultry care. This role offers a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet the customer, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions; add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and manage poultry holding areas.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.
