Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Hanover, Massachusetts. You will be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using our smartphone-based U-Scan to dispatch and return equipment.

This role offers on-the-job education, paid hands-on interviews, and enticing hiring bonuses: a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification program at our retail

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
