Job summary

Goettl is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Las Vegas to handle inbound calls, schedule services, and deliver a memorable customer experience. The role offers $20/hr base plus incentives and a full-time schedule with training starting October 19th.

After training, shifts run 6:00am–2:30pm or 9:30am–6:00pm, with two back-to-back weekdays off. You will use AI-assisted tools to route calls and manage a full queue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Strong communicator
• Computer proficient and able to navigate multiple applications
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Reliable and punctual — attendance matters
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls — book appointments and answer questions
• Work outbound campaigns using automated dialer
• Sell Goettl's maintenance program and cross-sell services
• Set up accounts and document interactions in the system
• Stay informed on active promotions and pricing across markets
• Be the voice of Goettl — professional and solution-focused
