Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring for multiple roles in Sales, Cashier, Stock and Fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment. You will help customers find great deals, support fitting rooms, and keep stockrooms organized to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Roles require strong communication, ownership, and the ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds. We offer a range of benefits and a pay range of roughly $16.60–$17.30 per hour, with eligible incentives depending on location and performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide to fitting rooms; maintain a smooth fitting room flow
• Assist customers with transactions and ensure a friendly checkout
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure items are properly ticketed
• Support re-merchandising to keep the sales floor runway ready
• Receive, unload and stock newly arrived merchandise in selling departments
• Process and ship customer orders following quality and shipping standards
• Use inventory systems to scan and track merchandise shipments
• Provide general store support including events and backroom organization
