You’ll participate in omnichannel support, operate the register, restock floors, and communicate promotions and loyalty programs. Carter’s offers a 30% brand discount, flexible schedules, and development opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products and features.
• Confidently resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store losses by maintaining a safe, clean store.
