Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and guide them through promotions and loyalty programs in a welcoming environment.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll resolve issues, assist with omnichannel needs, and support floor replenishment and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers on the sales floor.
• Assist with omnichannel requests to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
