Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for order fulfillment, product inquiries, and returns. You will process phone, email, and fax orders and coordinate with Sales and Warehouse Operations to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, strong communication and problem-resolution skills, and familiarity with SAP and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers via phone, e-mail and fax.
• Manage customer orders, inquiries, and delivery investigations.
• Resolve complex customer questions and complaints.
• Process credits, debits, and returns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Warehouse Operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Meet department KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time placement.
• Participate in the Medical Device Customer Experience program.
