Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver day-to-day service excellence for customers, brokers and sales partners. You will be the frontline contact, ensuring a seamless, proactive experience and collaborating with operations, logistics and sales.

You’ll manage accounts, orders, and provide insights, with focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues before they impact customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, and/or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/JDE/Oracle) and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management for customer accounts and partners.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams.
• Monitor and manage order flows and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customer insights and updates to support sales activities.
• Analyze service metrics and provide proactive insights.
