Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging customers and adhering to standards.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change back to customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor following procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and safety efforts.
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction goals.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
