Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Glendale is seeking a Support Associate to help maintain a customer and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to support efficient store operations.

In this role you’ll assist with visual merchandising, signage, and floor sets while delivering MAPS customer service and working as part of a collaborative team. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to stand for most of shift.
• Experience in stock or cashier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Enter receiving documents into the computer system and reconcile merchandise invoices to items received; complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Ensure visual materials, props and signage are received and processed in a timely manner and store stockroom materials are organized.
• Assist with visual merchandising, including floorsets, window changes, signage and displays as directed.
• Support MAPS customer service standards and work collaboratively with the team.
