Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Posess product knowledge and use selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising the store to create appealing displays.
• Rotate product to drive sales following merchandising guidelines.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities.
• Operate cash register(s) and scanner, handle payments and give change.
• Assist customers in self-checkout at multiple registers.
• Follow merchandise processes and stock/rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Clean the store and manage trash, dust, mop, and restroom upkeep.
