AIT Worldwide Logistics in Palatine, IL is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead hourly RDS staff, manage Freshdesk tickets, and drive productivity while ensuring service levels. The role involves coaching, training, and enforcing policies to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include planning daily workloads, quoting and routing cargo, and enhancing profitability through process improvements and AS400 system oversight. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years freight forwarding experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Domestic Operations.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activity to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Assist in quoting, routing cargo, and supporting the RDS operation.
• Plan, manage, and adjust daily workload to minimize unplanned overtime.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced.
• Develop and understand the AS400 domestic system for shipments and postings.
