Responsabilités

• Wows customers with friendly, fast checkout and personal contact.
• Leads assigned store to meet customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is working and staff are trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Assists in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew members.
