Job summary

haku is seeking a dynamic Team Member to support event organizers and participants, delivering exceptional customer service across onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Based in our Miami office with a hybrid work model, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences for enterprise customers.

You will manage a portfolio, build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to deepen engagement, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and communication skills.
• Travel of 5-10% is required to support events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise event organizers and monitor events’ success.
• Build strategic partnerships with key customers, acting as a trusted product expert.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships across the lifecycle.
• Answer questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction with resources and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide comprehensive training to new event organizers and existing customers on haku products and updates.
