Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group in Honolulu is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to enhance the organization-wide employee experience. You will coordinate events, recognition activities, and day-to-day workplace needs, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

The role requires strong organization, proactive service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in employee engagement, event coordination, or HR support.
• Experience coordinating events across multiple locations and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute company meetings, celebrations, and recognition events.
• Coordinate event logistics across Oahu, the Big Island, and mainland locations.
• Manage venues, catering, AV, transportation, and vendor needs.
