Job summary

Anthropologie in Las Vegas is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and daily operations. You will be an expert on store procedures and mentor teammates to uphold brand standards.

You will drive sales through teamwork, assist with opening and closing, help with omni-channel services, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects the Anthropologie brand.

Qualifications

• Brand fan with Anthro spirit and enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or similar team settings.
• Proven ability to collaborate as a team player and support peers.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to cultivate a welcoming customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPI insights for team goals.
• Supports omni-channel shopping by executing store and online services.
• Manages daily pace, zone coverage, and positive team energy.
• Trains new hires and helps with onboarding to maintain standards.
• Maintains store operations, open/close procedures, and visual standards.
