Job summary

Culinary Depot in the United States is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the front line of our service operation. You will listen, take ownership, and drive each issue to resolution, speaking with customers who are frustrated or under pressure.

Responsibilities include responding via phone, email, and chat; resolving complaints; following up on orders; collaborating with sales and other teams; updating records; and identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• Own issues from start to finish and follow through.
• Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Address and resolve complaints related to damages, order discrepancies, and other concerns.
• Provide updates on order status and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support fellow CSRs to ensure seamless service.
