Job summary

Five Below in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) to guide daily operations and coach crew members. You will help deliver the BEST guest experience, supervise store activities, and ensure merchandise is properly received, stocked, and presented.

This role requires a high school diploma, prior management experience, and strong communication, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends. You will act as Manager on Duty as needed and partner with leadership to drive sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
