Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead in Sacramento to deliver WOW moments, drive on-site sales, and ensure outstanding service for our customers every day. This is a full-time position with profit sharing, tips, and a strong emphasis on integrity and teamwork.

You will engage customers, lead pricing conversations, remove junk safely, operate box trucks with training, and represent the brand with a sharp appearance.
