Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchises, seeks a Customer Experience Lead in Oklahoma City, OK. This on-site role blends sales and service, offering a base pay of $20–$22 per hour plus profit share, tips, and a $10/hr base component.

• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs.
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
