Qualifications

• Previous cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Earth Fare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, address their needs, and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Apply promotional codes and inform customers about ongoing sales and offers.
• Bag items properly and use eco-friendly practices.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance cash office at shift end.
• Stay informed about natural and organic products to assist customers effectively.
• Reconcile cash register drawers and daily cash office paperwork.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and change orders; report discrepancies to Front End Team Leader.
• Coach andTrain cashiers on standard operating procedures in the department.
