Carter’s Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families in Conway, NH. You will warmly greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and guide them through promotions and loyalty rewards.

You’ll handle POS transactions, keep the floor stocked, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment. This role emphasizes friendly service and teamwork. We offer a supportive culture with brand training and opportunities to grow within Carter’s.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
