Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support strategic CX initiatives and gain hands-on experience in customer journey management, survey design, data analysis, and program execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Assist in CX programming tasks such as listening posts, feedback platforms, and CX governance materials.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT testing for CX platform enhancements.
• Attend team meetings and shadow CX leaders to understand strategic planning and execution.
