Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word.
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business, Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Marketing, Program Management, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Support CX initiatives and customer journey management.
• Assist in survey design, data analysis, and program execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming for CX platform enhancements.
• Document processes and support UAT testing for survey tools.
• Shadow CX leaders to understand strategic planning and execution.
