Farm Credit Services of America is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support customer education initiatives and the YBS program, helping farmers manage finances.

This 12-week summer internship requires a Finance/Accounting/Business degree with a 3.0 GPA, strong leadership and communication skills, and travel to Omaha, NE for onboarding and events; relocation assistance and a $500 sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.

Responsabilités

• Contribute ideas that drive the success and sustainability of our customers and their operations
• Assist in the development, design, coordination, and delivery of impactful and valuable customer education experiences/events
• Work in alignment with the customer education roadmap to develop new and enhance existing customer education programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the development of materials for external audiences
• Coordinate the logistics of assigned customer education events
• Observe the facilitation of customer education programs to support evaluation and feedback strategies
• Assist projects to support the implementation of our young, beginning, and small producer program
• Complete special projects as assigned.
