Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit is seeking motivated interns to work on real projects and contribute to market deliverables. You’ll gain hands-on experience in ag finance, lending, and credit while supporting promotional activities and financial analysis.

You will travel to Omaha for key events and receive a competitive hourly wage with a $500 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is available for qualifying applicants and a 12-week summer internship is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (see Education Requirements).
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Interest in ag finance, lending, and credit business.

Responsibilities

• Learn general office procedures and assist with promotional activities.
• Input annual financial information from customers and analyze financial position.
• Conduct credit verifications with credit references and other lenders.
• Promote Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit through public activities.
• Complete special projects assigned.
