Job summary

Shure is seeking a customer-focused support professional in Skokie, IL to deliver world-class service and proactive outreach across departments. You will document interactions, assist with pre-sales, and guide customers through the journey with product information and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service and develop creative solutions to difficult situations
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach regarding upcoming projects, pending orders, open support cases, roadmap updates, and general questions or concerns
  • Document Contact and Account records and customer data based on interactions to monitor and report customer satisfaction
  • Assist with pre-sales leads and tasks to discover needs, pain points, and opportunities before introducing customers to Sales
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries across all departments
  • Engage customers, dealers, and partners to provide resources, product information, personalized recommendations, and appropriate support
  • Develop a thorough understanding of NACX departments, business, and organization to navigate customers and collaborate with appropriate teams
  • Coordinate support calls for configuration and work with customers, Applications, and Customer Success teams on deployments or issue resolution
  • Inform management of successes and track escalated issues to ensure timely solutions
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers throughout the customer journey
  • Assist with dealer order processing, manage the Info Queue, help customers submit repair requests through the Shure portal, provide repair updates, and perform assigned administrative work
