Job summary

Shure is seeking a student for an internship to assist with business and technical analysis supporting the Customer Value Stream. You will partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and help evaluate solutions across Salesforce, SAP, AWS, and integrations.

You will contribute to project planning, documentation, user stories, and analytics to identify process improvements and better user experiences. This role supports testing and ongoing IT Business Applications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Business Applications team in evaluating and implementing technology solutions aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• In process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline


• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret information


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment


• Interest in enterprise applications, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives


• Basic understanding of business process analysis, software development lifecycle, or project management concepts


• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes


• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
