GCI Communication Corp. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Sales Specialist I in Alaska to support product lines and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

You will leverage knowledge of the latest offerings to help customers choose plans and devices while actively pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role emphasizes maintaining a high standard of service, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months general work experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience in customer service and sales in a retail or telecom setting.

• Identify and upsell additional products and services to customers.
