Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter in East Peoria, IL to welcome customers and provide directions and information. The role emphasizes outstanding service, promoting in-store programs, and maintaining a clean entrance area.

You will assist with merchandise check-in, visitor logs, and event promotions while following dress code guidelines. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains professional appearance per dress code (green logo shirt for Bass Pro Shops or tan for Cabela's).
• Checks in merchandise and handles visitor logs.
• Informs customers of events and promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding area are clean, tidy, and safe.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms/weapons with Outfitters, never handling firearms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
