Kroger’s Waterford location is seeking a Front-end Department Lead to drive outstanding customer experiences and supervise daily front-end operations. You will model core values, ensure safe, clean environments, and lead staff to deliver exceptional service across shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting support, promotional planning, inventory oversight, and adherence to all safety and workplace guidelines. A customer-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Retail or Customer Service experience

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve store goals.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Know products sold within departments and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
• Manage cash control, sales and cash records for the store.
• Schedule front-end associates to ensure department coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
