Responsibilities

• Smiles and greets customers and resolves questions in a polite, professional manner.
• Identify and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Operate front-end scanning equipment and register; bag merchandise efficiently.
• Contact customers by phone to address questions or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensure accurate checkout, proper funds collection, and adherence to tobacco/alcohol guidelines.
• Maintain department sanitation and comply with health/OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth department operations.
• Utilize PPE as required and respond to shift needs, including assistance in other departments.
