You will own the customer relationship day-to-day, coordinate repairs, schedule field service, and track jobs from first call to final invoice. This role thrives on talking with people, solving problems promptly, and keeping a fast-moving service operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, account management, or coordination.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or field service management software.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment or technical service environments.
• Extreme attention to detail, proactive by nature, and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the closure of action items for the customer.
• Coordinate repairs, schedule field service, and track jobs.
• Liaise between sales, dispatch/operations, and field technicians.
• Maintain meticulous records in the CRM/ERP system.
