Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility under company insurance policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales orientation with ability to convert estimates into repair orders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience throughout the repair process.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, insurance partners, and teammates.
• Ensure accurate estimating, efficient scheduling, and ABRA standards adherence.
• Coordinate communication and expectations with customers during the repair process.
• Prepare and process required paperwork accurately and timely.
