Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

  1. Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
  2. Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
  3. Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
  4. Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
  5. Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
  6. Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  7. Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
  8. Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
  9. Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
  10. Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  11. Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  12. Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  13. Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
  14. Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
  15. Other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You.
  1. Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  2. Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  3. Capable of multi-tasking
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  5. Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  6. Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  7. Able to train others
  8. 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
