Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Earth City, MO. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage communications, and help keep projects on track from start to finish.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate updates, maintain records in internal systems, support cross-team communication, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 2+ years of customer-facing work and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on project and installation status.
• Follow up with customers after installations and distribute post-project surveys.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Support project coordination to ensure seamless communication between teams.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and review platforms.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and collaborative office environment.
