Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator in Summerville, SC. This on-site role supports client intake, timesheet processing, invoice handling and office administration for a growing employee-owned company.

You will manage calls, proposals, contracts and database tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health plan and 401(k) matching in a nationwide network of locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures.
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems.
• Availability for Afternoon and Evening hours.

Job Duties
